As such, the customer agrees that all payments for all such creative products and services are final and non-refundable. 30-Day Period for Revisions Reminis will consider revisions for any product bought by a customer within 30 days from the submission of the first complete product by Reminis to the client. In the event that a client fails to notify Reminis in writing regarding any requests for product revisions, then Reminis waives its liability to revise that clients purchased product. Privacy and Confidentiality Policy Reminis uses the information provided by the customer solely for the purpose of creating a resume, and does not share such information with any other third party for any reason whatsoever. By paying for the products and services offered by Reminis, the customer agrees that Reminis will review and/or revise resumes with no guarantees or warranties of any kind with regard to job interviews, job placements, and any and all other matters in connection with such revisions. All the stipulations under the Warranties Disclaimer and Liability Limitation section below equally apply in this regard. All the names, contact information, and other information used in the sample resumes all over the website are fictional. In testimonials, the website provides personal information only with the consent of the persons involved. Any information or material that the customer transmits that is either non-personal or not directly tied to crafting and the delivery of the product or service being bought will be considered non-confidential information, for which Reminis retains rights for use, reproduction, performance, modification, transmission, and distribution. Customer also agrees to acknowledge the right of Reminis to make free use of any ideas, concepts, know-how and techniques transmitted by the customer to Reminis that are not directly tied to the crafting and delivery of products and services bought by the customer. That said, Reminis is generally not interested in customer information not directly tied to the crafting and delivery of its products and services. Credit Card Use Your credit card account will be managed by PayPals Privacy Policy to ensure maximum security for your credit card processing. Information you disclose to Reminis regarding yourself and your credit card and/or bank account will only be used in accordance with the terms provided by this Privacy Policy. All information you provide must match the card account records provided by the bank that issued your credit card. Such information will be used by Reminis or other necessary legal entities for prosecution for alleged fraud. Providing false information regarding your card and/or banking account will be considered and prosecuted as fraud as well as deception.
